Azbookmakers Terms & Conditions – Complete Rules for Using the Platform

1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Azbookmakers ("we", "us") and the user ("you"). By accessing or using the Azbookmakers platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms.

Azbookmakers reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform, and continued use of the platform following such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration

To register at Azbookmakers, the following conditions must be met:

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. If verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.

5 Betting Rules

All bets at Azbookmakers are accepted in accordance with the odds and rules displayed on the platform. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — though partial Cash Out may be available in certain cases.

• Azbookmakers reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds displayed due to a technical error.
• The maximum stake per bet is market-dependent and displayed accordingly.
• Using contradictory bets or guaranteed profit strategies (arbitrage) may result in your account being reviewed.
• Accumulator bet payouts are only awarded when all selections are correctly settled.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Every bonus offer on Azbookmakers comes with its own set of rules. Some common conditions are outlined below:

1. To claim a bonus, it must be requested through the designated method — either automatically or via a promo code.
2. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the rollover requirements have been met.
3. The minimum odds for rollover eligibility are generally 1.75 or above.
4. Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
5. Bonuses expire automatically once the validity period ends.
6. Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in all associated accounts being closed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Azbookmakers:

• Placing bets based on insider or confidential information (match-fixing or insider trading).
• Exploiting technical errors or incorrect odds for dishonest gain.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Accessing another user's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Azbookmakers' systems.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Azbookmakers may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• If a breach of terms is established.
• If registration was completed using false information.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Failure to submit required documents when requested.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before closure, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

Azbookmakers is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is missed due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• If an account is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• If services are disrupted due to natural disasters or force majeure events.

The platform's maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount deposited by the user.

10 Service Changes & Discontinuation

Azbookmakers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any service at any time, whether for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. Where possible, advance notice will be provided; however, this may not be feasible in urgent situations.

Azbookmakers reserves the sole discretion to add or remove sports, markets, or payment methods. Users have no claim arising from such decisions.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a bet outcome or transaction, please first submit a written complaint to Azbookmakers customer support. The support team will respond within 72 hours.

• In the event of a dispute over betting results, Azbookmakers' server records will serve as the definitive source of truth.
• In transaction disputes, records from the payment provider will also be taken into account.
• If an issue cannot be resolved through support, third-party mediation may be pursued.

Any claim not raised within 30 days of the complaint submission date will be considered void.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with Azbookmakers' privacy policy. In brief:

• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law.
